April is ending up, the ingridients at the market is full of Spring.
The change in the season is quite visible when you look at the seasonal ingrdients at the market.
Different from the Srilankan curry that we serve monthly, Thai curry uses various types of fresh herbs along with the various spices.
The combination of different herbs in the homemade curry paste result as different Thai curry such as Green curry, Red curry, etc.
Adding coconut milk into the homemade curry paste brings some fusion of sweetness and spiciness resulting as providing authentic Thai flavor.
Right after the golden week holiday in Japan, how about some Craft Thai Curry using various spices and herbs to maintain your health with the changing season?
The Craft Thai Curry of May 2026 will be Moo Palo(Thai Spiced Braised Pork) with Iwachu Pork with seasonal spring ingridients – Fragrant with Spices and Thai Herbs using ingridients from the market carefully selected by our chef.
Same as the Srilankan Curry we serve monthly,

Menu of March - Moo Palo(Spiced Braised Pork) with Iwachu Pork
岩中豚のスパイス煮込み(ムーパロー)
■ Moo Palo (Thai Spiced Braised Iwachu Pork): Reminiscent of a Thai-style kakuni, this
sweet and savory braised pork dish has deep Chinese culinary roots and was popularized by the Thai-Chinese community. We use beautifully marbled, rich cuts of premium Iwachu Pork,
slow-simmering them to melt-in-your-mouth perfection with the warming aromas of star
anise and cinnamon, along with a curated blend of authentic Thai soy sauces.
■ Yum Hed Kem Thong (Spicy Enoki Mushroom Salad): In Thai cuisine, “Yum” refers to a
vibrant, tossed salad. This dish features the crisp, satisfying crunch of seasonal Enoki
mushrooms, beautifully balanced with the savory depth of minced meat and the sweet
umami of shrimp. Tossed with the refreshing bite of fresh celery and brought together by a
signature zesty, spicy dressing, it is a perfectly harmonious and refreshing appetizer.
