Thank you very much for your visit to the Tsukiji Peppers Cafe all the time and also for ordering our Monthly Thai Curry.

 January is over, and within the traditional Japanese calender, it has just entered into spring season. The change in the season is quite visible when you look at the seasonal ingrdients at the market.

Different from the Srilankan curry that we serve monthly, Thai curry uses various types of fresh herbs along with the various spices.

The combination of different herbs in the homemade curry paste result as different Thai curry such as Green curry, Red curry, etc.

Adding coconut milk into the homemade curry paste brings some fusion of sweetness and spiciness resulting as providing authentic Thai flavor.

At this time of the year, we have to be careful from catching cold due to temperture difference between the morning and daytime. How about some Craft Thai Curry using various spices and herbs to maintain your health in the autumn weather?

The Craft Thai Curry of February will be Pork Massaman stir-fry using Iwachu-pork from the market as carefully selected ingridient.

Same as the Srilankan Curry, 
We accept reservation either online at our official hompage using credit card or/and reservation at Tsukiji Peppers Cafe.

Main Ingredients: Squid, Iwachu Pork

■Stir-Fried Massaman Pork with Iwachu Pork

A flavorful dish made with our homemade Massaman curry paste and tender Iwachu pork, known for its soft texture and mild aroma. Stir-fried with yellow chives, mushrooms, and kra chai (Thai fingerroot ginger) for an added aromatic accent. This dish pairs perfectly with rice.

■Squid Som Tam – A Signature Dish from Northeastern Thailand

While Som Tam is traditionally made with green papaya, this version features squid. The squid is lightly grilled before being tossed in a homemade marinade infused with aromatic herbs and spices. The result is a smoky, tangy, and spicy dish that pairs exceptionally well with stir-fried Massaman curry.
