Thank you very much for your visit to the Tsukiji Peppers Cafe all the time and also for ordering our Monthly Thai Curry.

Entering into March, the ingridients at the market is full of Spring.
The change in the season is quite visible when you look at the seasonal ingrdients at the market.

Different from the Srilankan curry that we serve monthly, Thai curry uses various types of fresh herbs along with the various spices.

The combination of different herbs in the homemade curry paste result as different Thai curry such as Green curry, Red curry, etc.

Adding coconut milk into the homemade curry paste brings some fusion of sweetness and spiciness resulting as providing authentic Thai flavor.

At this time of the year, we have to be careful from catching cold due to temperture difference between the morning and daytime. How about some Craft Thai Curry using various spices and herbs to maintain your health with the changing season?

The Craft Thai Curry of March 2026 will be Chu Chee Goong Curry with Conger Eel and Shrimp with Seasonal Spring ingridients – Fragrant with Spices and Thai Herbs using ingridients from the market carefully selected by our chef.

Same as the Srilankan Curry we serve monthly, 
We accept reservation either online at our official hompage using credit card or/and reservation at Tsukiji Peppers Cafe.

■ Chu Chee Curry with Conger Eel and Shrimp

A rich and creamy curry made with our homemade curry paste blended generously with coconut cream, and infused with a deep prawn stock extracted carefully from the heads.
Fresh conger eel and black tiger prawns are lightly deep-fried before being added to the curry.
To balance the richness with a touch of brightness, we finish the dish with bai makrut (kaffir lime leaves), an essential herb in Thai cuisine.

■ Stir-fried Red Sea Bream and Iwanaka Pork with Fresh Green Peppercorns

Seasonal vegetables such as young corn and spring eggplant are stir-fried with our homemade curry paste, fresh green peppercorns, and krachai (fingerroot).
The mixture is then tossed with crispy fried red sea bream and Iwanaka pork, creating a dish that offers both spicy depth and refreshing herbal notes.
